This is a small pencil drawing I did of a jellyfish, I then used Sharpies to make certain areas slightly darker. I really like the effect of the pencils in person but when you take a photo of it the colours seem a lot more dull.
For St Aidans our brief has been to research the Seven Sacred Spaces. Each space has a different meaning, we need to make a garden based around these 7 spaces. After researching different bible verses there was one which really stood out to me about lilies which effectively said if god can take care of lilies he will take care of you. Therefore I believe within the st aidens design the base of it will be a lily as they have 6-7 petals.
Today I redid my tree survey of Park Campus. This was done by walking around the site and noting down each tree. Although I did manage to get each tree in vaguely the correct location I do think in the future if I were to redo this I would instead create a tree survey layout using Autocad and google earth and then label each tree on site. This will mean I can know the exact location of each tree rather than "guessing" where it goes.
I have put my sketch up plan into twin motion and started to export the images of the rendering. I really like how the rendering is realistic and gives off the vibe of the site really well. The site feels really natural which was what I wanted. I like this image a lot as it shows the wet woodland and meadow which is one of the focal points of the site.
